American Express OPEN Sales App
Crafted an application for the American Express sales support team, enhancing engagements with high-spending clients. The objective was to optimize client spending and maximize the utilization of membership offerings. Addressing the limitations of printed PDFs, the application provided field agents a more dynamic and impactful tool for interacting with high-value clients.

In this project, I led the development of a new user experience for Prudential Financial advisors, focusing on identifying their needs and optimizing essential services to enhance workflow efficiency and alleviate pain points. As the leader of a cross-functional team, I guided the entire design lifecycle using design thinking principles. We conducted thorough research to understand advisors’ daily challenges, enabling us to tailor our solutions effectively. The collaborative efforts of designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders were instrumental in refining our ideas through brainstorming, prototyping, and iterative testing. This approach ensured that every design decision prioritized user needs, resulting in a more intuitive and efficient platform that significantly improved the operations and satisfaction of Prudential’s financial advisors.
